Please crosspost for this poor boy. WE need to get him out.  It is unfathomable that his owner dumped him at the pound after years of loyalty  This boy is probably 9 plus years old. His front leg is bent from either rickets or arthritis…but he walks just fine.  This older beagle boy is sweet and cooperative and doesn’t’ deserve to end his days at the pound. WE are desperately searching for a safe place for him.   

A visiting transporter from Columbus took his photos and said this about him:

– senior beagle male, very friendly and walked well on the leash. About 28 lbs.  Due to tartar on teeth, we think he is 8 years old.  Appears to possibly have rickets or maybe arthritis.  He moved well enough, but there is some hesitation there.

Carrollton KY - Paige the beagle age 4-5 needs rescue!!

Does anyone have  room for this girl???? age 4-5 female beagle runs a little funny due to some

kind of head trauma but Paige - sweet little beagle that was HBC back in Dec - suffered some head trama, she runs a little crooked but is a great little girl, good with other dogs, cats and kids, crate trained and approx 4-5 yrs old.  if you can rescue her please contact: ALL INQUIRIES MUST BE SENT TO:

Cody a cute and small 7 year old beagle needs rescue!

Cody is a male beagle that arrived at the Pompano Animal Care & Adoption facility as a stray on March 28 from the City of Tamarac.  We instantly discovered that Cody had a microchip, but sadly when contacted, the owner surrendered Cody to us.  He is a wonderful dog, has a great demeanor, and would be a great companion.  Cody loves to take walks and is fine with other dogs.   He weighs approximately 20-22 lbs. and is 7 years old.   Please help Cody by contacting Danny atddalsando@broward.org or Carrie at cgipson@broward.org
