He needs RESCUE or adoption. Shelter says he is very docile and walks well on leash. Shelter hours are between 8:00 a.m-1:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. We are a Rescue-Friendly facility, so please feel free to inquire if you are a rescue about any of the animals who we have.
