This is Ringtail and he is a 20 year old blind beagle. He lived his entire life outside and his owners have dumped him in a shelter in Virginia. The shelter staff said he has lots of life left in him and he wags his tail constantly. They have moved him to a boarding facility to try and give him a few more days to find a rescue. This boy will die in a few days.
