PLEASE EMAIL animal.shelter@clevelandcounty.comGUS is at least 10 yrs. old, dog-friendly, and has a skin condition. We don't think that Proactive will work for him! Unfortunately for him the shelter does NO vetting at all. He is NOT fixed. Saving Older Beagles is offering $50.00 sponsorhip monies to a reputable rescue to save this beagle boy. Please refer to him by tag # 292 when contacting the shelter.
