 Newton County IN animal control is packed with dogs and desperately searching for rescues to save their lives. They are located in NW IN, about an hour from Chicago, at a small, rural, high kill shelter.

This is Dorothy dumped at the shelter in the overnight drop pen!!! look at this sweet face.  she was
very overbred and has tumors which you can see in this photo.  she looks like she has never had any
love in her live except for the brief period where she nursed her many litters of puppies.  surely she
