Long Island NY Snoopy blind 7 year old beagle needs rescue or home

Meet Snoopy! He is a 7 year old beagle who is partially blind .His owner is giving him up because he is sick and is not able to take care of snoopy the way he should be taken care of. According To the owners daughter, they have contacted several rescue groups who are unable to help them. The man is now planning on bringing snoopy to the pound. His daughter has many rescues of her own and is unfortunately not able to take any more as she is also expecting a baby. I have approximately one week to find Snoopy A foster or forever home. The adoption fee starts at $84 and includes a license. Every dog is vaccinated with a parvo/distemper, bordatella and rabies and micro-chip. Rabies cannot be given to puppies under 3 months of age, that must be done when old enough. The parvo/distemper booster is necessary 4 weeks from the first vaccination. A heartworm test is done on all adult dogs.

 This little girl is a real sweetheart.  She has a wonderful disposition and personality.  Belle has an interesting pattern on her coat with white ‘stripes’ on both of her hips.

Beagles are a favorite of just about everyone who loves dogs. They are a breed that are wonderful family pets. Chelsey is 5 years old and weighs 21 pounds. She has such a loving personality. She looks up at you when you talk to her like she understands every word you say. Chelsey likes dogs of all sizes and she appears to be housebroekn. She's a *favorite* or our volunteers! 

There are FOUR ROOMS of dogs to look through when you come. One room is all puppies!

Oklahoma City OK Lucy is an adorable beagle girl needs a home or rescue

We love Lucy! She's an endearing 6 year old Beagle with a heart of gold. Lucy had a left eye injury when she was a puppy. It causes her no problems. Lucy's family was no longer able to care for her. They told us that Lucy is HOUSEBROKEN and likes to be INDOORS. If left outside for too long, she can become "talkative" (i.e. howl). Lucy enjoys sleeping in a people bed with the people she loves but she will be happy to sleep in a dog bed if her new family prefers that. Lucy LOVES CATS, DOGS, and KIDS. She's a gem!!

Banjo has a very painful huge crusted hair coated scab on his scrotum, when I tried to gently pull the hair loose he screamed and green pus came out….he is young and super happy despite the obvious pain he must be in!  Banjo ID# 9/9-2633

 

Barley is so small and so happy, such a lovely good boy who appears to have house manners.  He was adopted and promptly returned for being Heartworm positive.  I will help raise the funds necessary to treat him at a rescue vet if someone will save his life.  Please consider this tiny sweet angel.  Barley ID# 9/17-2721

Hi, I lost my beagle on 9/14/13. Her name is Molly and she is about 4-5 years old. She has a bone shaped tag that says Moly. My phone number is not on her but she does have her rabies tag which may be traced to her vet. She has white legs and freckles on her front paws. I last had her on jefferson and wycoff (zip 11237). She was seen running down jefferson and the last we heard of her was on jefferson and broadway by the j train. I have been looking for her ever since. Brooklyn NY Adopt George, adorable small male beagle!! great personality!

This little Beagle is sweet as sweet can be! He's a calm, mellow, submissive lap dog who gets along well with any animal or human. He is housebroken, not a barker and is more interested in long naps and being petted than anything else. We think he is about 7 years old. We rescued him from being gassed in a rural shelter down south where he had ended up as a stray! We can't stress enough how lovely he is!
