"Badger" was chosen by the USDA here in Newnan to be admitted into their training program. In fact, they said he was one of the best they had ever seen WITHOUT training. He was focused, smart, determined and controlled. However...."Badger" is heartworm positive and therefore, the USDA could not take him. When we met "Badger" he completely and totally STOLE our hearts! He has the BEST personality but please.....don't take our word for it....look at his video. This fella is a TREASURE and it is a shame that he is STILL at animal control...waitiing. Sadly, "Badger" desperately needs a safe and loving home or a receiving rescue ASAP! His time is quickly running out at the shelter .... Please hurry! This pet has been at the shelter since 04/23/13!! NOTE: CCAC CANNOT ADOPT ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. ADOPTIONS MUST BE DONE IN PERSON.
