Talk about not so Lucky. Lucky was dumped by owners because he is TOO OLD. What does that mean? Look at this adorably sweet face on this beagle. So maybe he can't take really long walks, big deal. Can someone please have a heart and take this guy into rescue or adopt? transport from Kentucky can always be arranged. Let's get LUCKY into his forever home where he will be loved for who he is.
