Meet Snoopy! He is a 7 year old beagle who is partially blind .His owner is giving him up because he is sick and is not able to take care of snoopy the way he should be taken care of. According To the owners daughter, they have contacted several rescue groups who are unable to help them. The man is now planning on bringing snoopy to the pound. His daughter has many rescues of her own and is unfortunately not able to take any more as she is also expecting a baby. I have approximately one week to find Snoopy A foster or forever home.
