We are open Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The Pound is open, but it is very hard to reach someone by phone.

Hi there. My name is Jack. I am about 7 years old, and I weigh about 20 pounds.
I was picked up by the pound as a stray from East Liverpool because I was running at large. The deputy did locate my owner to let them know I had been picked up. She was supposed to come and get me, but never showed up, so now I need a new home. I am really hoping someone can open up their heart and home to an older soul and be able to love me for the rest of my life.
I am a really super sweet old man. I love people, and I am very affectionate. I get along well with the other dogs, and I haven't given the girls here any trouble at all.
My canine teeth are broken off, which could be from me chewing something and wearing them down or possibly the the result of blunt force trauma.
I am a superb old guy! Please consider adopting me!
I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING, AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
