Owen is a 1-yr-old beagle mix boy who was left at the shelter. He is a sweet boy, does well with the other dogs, loves people and loves to play! He is currently the second-longest resident at the shelter and we are afraid his time is running out. He has unique markings in that there are subtle almost cattle dog markings on his torso, but he looks otherwise all beagle! He is not yet neutered.
The Wood County Dog Shelter is rescue-friendly and there is no pull fee for 501c3 rescues. Volunteer pull and transport help is usually available.
