Naugatuck CT - Blind Beagle Girl "Angel" In Need of Rescue now

Hi my name is Shelby! I am an animal control officer for Naugatuck Connecticut!  We have a blind sweetheart of a beagle who is 8-10 years old and we named her Angel! She is quiet In the kennel until she smells you or feels you pet her then she howls for more attention. She has an eat infection which we are treating. she is So cute!
