FOSTER HOME NEEDED IN NJ - for HERMAN beagle coming to NJ who has hernia

My name is  Herman and I am a 6 year old little 20 pound beagle.  As you can probably see
in this picture I have a hernia.  Eleventh hour rescue is taking me and will deal with all of this but
I really NEED a foster home to go to after I arrive in two weeks!  If you can offer a foster home for
